When you think about cars, they're really weird and evil, like insane metal robots that put people inside them and move around really fast. The only reason people don't realise is that they're used to cars, like cows are used to a cattle prod that ultimately gives them pain but they need it to get around or they think they do because they're stupid like cattle. So if you stop and think about cars, you'll realise how insane and evil they really are and how they make people into zombies and chavs and take away their minds.

So what this poem says is, let's blast all the cars into space and start life again without them. This is what the line means that says: "If a wheel spins in outer space, it revolves forever". It's saying that we need a revolution against the cars so we can not be chavs any more.

A bit like Terminator 2.
